Nails Repair Policy

We are committed to providing high quality, long lasting nail services.

Complimentary repairs are available within 4 days of your appointment for issues caused by product application.

Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of your appointment for issues caused by product application.

After this period, it becomes difficult to determine whether lifting, chipping, or breakage is due to the application itself or daily wear, lifestyle, accidental impact, or other external factors.

Therefore, complimentary repairs cannot be guaranteed after the applicable repair period. Any repairs requested outside of the above timeframes will be treated as a standard repair service and charged accordingly.

Lash and Brows Pepair Policy

We want you to love your results. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible.

<Eyelash Extensions>
• Complimentary touch ups (up to 30 minutes) are available within 7 days of your appointment if additional lashes are required due to an application issue.

<Lash Lift & Brow Lamination>
• If there is a noticeable difference between both sides, complimentary adjustments are available within 7 days.
• If the lift or curl drops within 7 days, we will assess the result and provide a complimentary correction if appropriate.
• If the lift or curl is stronger than expected, please contact us immediately. Depending on the condition of your lashes or brows, we may recommend an immediate correction or ask you to wait until at least 7 days after the original appointment before performing a corrective treatment to ensure the health of the hair.

Please note that results may vary depending on natural lash or brow condition, aftercare, medications, hormones, and individual hair characteristics.
