What is Lip Blush Tattoo?

Lip brush tattoo, also known as lip blush or lip tint tattoo, is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that involves tattooing the lips to create a-looking tint or color. The technique is similar to traditional tattooing, but the pigments used are specifically designed for the lips and are not as deeply embedded in the skin.

The process starts with a consultation with a trained professional to determine the desired color and shape of the lips. The technician will then apply a topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort during the procedure Using a small needle and pigments, the technician will deposit the color into the outer layer of the lips. The color will appear brighter immediately after the procedure but will soften and fade over the next few days.

The lip brush tattoo typically takes around hours to complete and may require a touch-up session after 8 to 10 weeks to ensure the color is even and long-lasting.

Healing Process

The appearance of the lips after a lip blush tattoo will vary depending on factors such as the individual's skin type, the color and technique used, and the healing process.

Immediately after the procedure, the lips may appear swollen, and the color may be brighter than the final result. However, this typically subsides within a few days.

During the healing process, the color of the lips will soften and become more natural-looking. The final result should be a subtle and natural-looking tint or color that enhances the lips' natural shape and beauty.

It is important to keep in mind that the final result may take several weeks to fully develop and that the longevity of the color will vary depending factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Days 2-4 after the session not recommended for any important events due to the scabbing condition of your lips.
